The media, lol. I was raised by my father, who (thank God) was wayyy too awkward to take on that topic. I was spared the parental approach to it, and I managed just fine.

I dont think my mother mentioned sex to me until I was in my 20s.....
I think she knew I was smart enough to get my source of info elsewhere...beside..any person who tries to tell you you can get aids from kissing(my mom knew this to be wrong,but thought it was a good scare tactic)
isnt going to be taken seriously by anyone.

I told my younger sister about sex..and my mom was pissed.Too bad!!

No comment. My lesson was a hard and cruel one and one that I didn't even want or ask for from a supposed "friend of the family". So yeah, after that it would probably be hustler and playboy and late night curiosity of porno movies on the television when the parents were oblivious.

my mom and books. she was very open with us and had bought an educational book we were allowed to read if we were too shy to ask her. I'm pretty sure one of them was a toned down version of "The joy of sex" and I cant remember the other one off hand. Thats probobly why I am so open about sex now as an adult, she never made it seem like a bad thing or something you should be ashamed of.
